Caitlin Graves is a director in the firm’s Oklahoma City office. She is a member of the firm’s Private Wealth & Closely Held Business and Taxation Practice Groups. Caitlin’s areas of practice include estate planning, trust and estate administration, and title curative matters related to oil and gas.

Caitlin graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law where she was a Merit Scholar and a member of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. While in law school, she received 3 CALI awards for top performance in various law school subjects and served as a member of the Innocence Project Committee.

Caitlin is passionate about estate planning and has designated a large portion of her practice to empowering families to make the most informed decisions about management of their assets and estate distribution. Caitlin takes a personalized, relationship-based approach to estate planning, recognizing that each client’s assets, relationships, and wishes are unique. She is committed to understanding her clients’ goals and needs in order to create tailored estate plans that best serve them and their loved ones.

Prior to working at Crowe Dunlevy, Caitlin’s practice was focused in the areas of oil and gas title work, estate planning and estate administration, title curative matters, and business and corporate transactions. Additionally, Caitlin has practiced in the corporate sector, serving as an assistant general counsel to the largest private bank in the state of Oklahoma, focusing her practice on bank regulatory matters.

Caitlin was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma and currently lives in Edmond with her husband, Ben, their two kids, and their two dogs. She and her family enjoy spending time together and are active in their church community, serving as small group leaders.
