Danielle Hood is an associate in the firm’s Tulsa office and a member of the Aviation & Commercial Space, Banking & Financial Institutions, Corporate & Securities and Real Estate Practice Groups.
As a member of the Corporate & Securities Practice Group, she represents clients in commercial transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience in corporate formations including maintenance and organizational matters, and advises start-up technology companies regarding entity formation and operations.
Danielle graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law where she served as a staff editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy. Aside from obtaining her Juris Doctor, she received the law school’s Business and Commercial Law Certificate—a program designed to familiarize attorneys with common practices in a business setting. Prior to law school, Danielle graduated magna cum laude from Rockhurst University.
