Debra L. Pascoe, ACP, is a paralegal in the firm’s Tulsa office and a member of the Banking & Financial Institutions, Real Estate and Aviation & Commercial Space Practice Groups. Since joining Crowe & Dunlevy in 1998, Debra has provided comprehensive paralegal support in secured lending transactions, commercial real estate transactions and corporate governance activities. Her work is particularly focused in complex loan documentation for bank clients, including energy, commercial, aviation and construction loans, and syndicated transactions for lead banks.
A member of the Tulsa County Bar Association (Paralegal Division), she is also a member of NALA – The Paralegal Association. She is active in the Tulsa Area Paralegal Association, where she has served on the board of directors as secretary and parliamentarian.
Debra has worked as a paralegal for more than 25 years, earning the Certified Paralegal designation through NALA in 1999 and the Advanced Certified Paralegal designation in the area of business organizations and incorporated entities in 2008. She earned her Associate in Business (Legal Assistant) from Tulsa Junior College. She graduated magna cum laude from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Music Education.
An engaged member of her community, Debra attends Boston Avenue United Methodist Church and is part of the Chancel Choir, Camerata and Festival Ringers. Each December, she leads the firm’s effort in providing holiday food baskets to families served by Tulsa CASA.
