Holly Webb is an experienced intellectual property paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office where she supports attorneys and clients in managing complex patent and trademark matters. She is proficient in all stages of IP prosecution, including preparing and filing applications, renewals, Office Action responses, and Statements of Use through the USPTO. Holly is also experienced in conducting legal research, reviewing watch notices for potential infringement, and organizing large-scale docketing systems to ensure compliance with critical deadlines.
With a background in corporate communications and multiple advanced paralegal certifications – including intellectual property, legal research, and alternate dispute resolution – Holly brings exceptional clarity, precision, and professionalism to every matter she handles. Her experience combined with her strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail, allow her the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads with confidence and accuracy.
Holly graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Corporate Communications and a minor in Business Entrepreneurship. She received her Paralegal Certification from Texas Christian University and her Advanced Paralegal Certification in Intellectual Property from Oklahoma State University. Active in her community, Holly serves on the Young Professionals board of Wings – Special Needs Community.
