Kaitlyn HuelskampAttorney

Kaitlyn Huelskamp is an associate in the firm’s Oklahoma City office, assisting clients as a member of the Insurance and Litigation & Trial Practice Group.

Her litigation practice focuses on a variety of commercial disputes in which she represents individuals and companies in both state and federal courts. She has experience representing clients in matters involving breach of contract, bad faith insurance defense, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, real estate disputes, landlord tenant law, and disputes between shareholders in closely held companies.

Kaitlyn received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating with Highest Honors. She was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honors society and was frequently listed on the Dean’s Honor Roll. She was named runner up for the Phillips Murrah Best Brief Award and was twice named a Top Ten Comfort Scholar. While in law school, Kaitlyn was a member of the Victim Advocacy Program and the Oklahoma Law Review, and selected into the Order of the Coif. She also received American Jurisprudence awards in Torts, Civil Procedure II, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Family Law.

She completed her undergraduate education at Rollins College where she graduated magna cum laude, and holds a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Oklahoma College of Arts and Sciences.
