A litigator in the firm’s Tulsa office, Maegan Murdock represents clients in complex civil litigation matters as a member of the Insurance, Litigation & Trial, and Product Liability Practice Groups. Her practice involves assisting clients in defending against a variety of tort and contract claims including personal injury, breach of contract, and destruction of property. She also has trial experience in high-stakes oil and gas litigation involving complex drilling technologies and significant exposure.
Maegan graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and served as an editorial member of the Oklahoma Law Review. She received American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts and Remedies and earned the Comfort “Top Ten” Scholarship for her academic achievements. While in law school, Maegan served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and was President of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Society.
Maegan received her Bachelor of Arts in Letters-Constitutional Studies from the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated summa cum laude and was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. An active member in student organizations, she served in several leadership roles, including as President of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) and Vice President of the Constitutional Studies Student Association.
