Peter Arthur is an associate in the Dallas office of Crowe Dunlevy. He represents both individuals and businesses in general litigation matters as a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights, Labor & Employment, and Litigation & Trial Practice Groups. From initial pleadings and the discovery process through trial, Peter’s practice focuses on all phases of commercial, civil, and employment litigation.
Peter received his juris doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and was a member of the SMU Law Tax Clinic. He graduated magna cum laude from Linfield College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. While there, he received the Economic Achievement Award, given to a senior in the college’s Economics Department for academic excellence and service.
