Samantha Bowers is a paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and a member of the Litigation & Trial and Securities Litigation, Enforcement & Compliance Practice Groups.
In her role, Samantha assists attorneys representing national broker-dealers, financial institutions, and registered representatives in alternative dispute resolution and FINRA arbitrations nationwide. She also supports attorneys regarding matters of financial advisor transitions, in addition to drafting core pleadings and collecting, organizing, and analyzing document production during discovery.
Samantha graduated from Colby-Sawyer College with a degree in History and Political Studies. Professionally, she is an active member of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants (COALA).
