Sarah Biddy is a paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and a member of the Cannabis Industry, Private Wealth & Closely Held Business and Real Estate Practice Groups.
In her role, Sarah manages various tasks in the real estate, probate, estate planning and audit letter areas. Her duties include drafting documentation and letters, procedural familiarity and monitoring transactions. She also assists clients with business formation and license fillings with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (OBNDD).
Sarah graduated summa cum laude with a degree in paralegal studies from Southwest Tennessee Community College. She received her undergraduate degree from Mississippi College in Christian studies and political science. Professionally, Sarah is a member of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants (COALA).
