Stacy A. SchauvliegeShareholder/Director
Stacy Schauvliege is a director in the Tulsa office of Crowe & Dunlevy and is a member of the Aviation & Commercial Space, Banking & Financial Institutions and Real Estate Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on aircraft purchase and sale transactions, Federal Aviation Administration compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, corporate governance, and commercial banking law, specifically for secured financing transactions in the energy sector and for aviation lenders and borrowers.
Stacy earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School where she served as the president of the Native American Law Students Association and led the Student Bar Association Social Committee. While attending law school, Stacy was a recipient of the University of Notre Dame Law School Fellowship Scholarship and Osage Nation Education Department Scholarship. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus in international business from Oklahoma State University, in addition to a minor in economics. As an undergraduate, she served on several university boards and committees, coordinated campus-wide events, earned honors for her studies and received academic scholarships.
While attending the University of Notre Dame Law School, Stacy became a Student Ambassador for the Law School Admissions Office. In the summer of 2013, she worked as a summer associate for Crowe & Dunlevy. After earning her Juris Doctor degree in Indiana, she returned to Oklahoma to join our firm.
