Tanya Bryant is a shareholder and director in the Oklahoma City office of Crowe & Dunlevy. Tanya exclusively represents management in employment related matters such as harassment and discrimination claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), whistleblower claims, negligent hiring, supervision, and retention, and retaliatory discharge. Tanya also handles Oklahoma Employment Security Commission hearings and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigations. In addition to her litigation practice, Tanya also conducts seminars and counsels clients on proper employment practices, including hiring, conducting performance evaluations, disciplining, performing investigations and terminations, maintaining personnel files and properly classifying employees under the FLSA.
Tanya received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2004 and was a member of the Law Review, receiving the award for Outstanding Law Review Member. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
Tanya has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers publication for labor and employment litigation since 2015, listed in the Oklahoma Super Lawyers publication since 2016 and was recognized by the Oklahoma Super Lawyers publication as a Rising Star in 2013 and 2014.* In 2015, she was selected to join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and holds the Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation.
Active in the community, Tanya serves on the Parkinson Foundation of Oklahoma board of directors. She also serves on the board of directors of the Oklahoma City Human Resource Society as general counsel. Tanya is a graduate of the 2007-08 Leadership Oklahoma City class and is a former member of the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court.
