An associate in the firm’s Oklahoma City office, Taylor LaBrie represents clients as a member of the Banking & Financial Institutions, Corporate & Securities, Private Wealth & Closely-Held Business, and Real Estate Practice Groups.
His transactional practice covers a broad range of business transactions including contract drafting, negotiation, and review, entity formation, sale and leasing of assets, and corporate governance. He also assists clients with mergers, commercial acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
Taylor graduated with Honors from Oklahoma City University School of Law where he was a Merit Scholar and served as a staff editor for the Oklahoma City University Law Review. While there, he received several honors including being listed on the Faculty and Dean’s Honor Roll and was a CALI Award recipient. He was also a member of the American Bar Association, the Sports, Property & Entertainment Law Association, and served as an extern at the Oklahoma Civil Court of Appeals. Prior to attending law school, Taylor received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Finance, and Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
