William O. Moon is an associate in the firm’s Oklahoma City office. As a member of the Intellectual Property and Cannabis Industry Practice Groups, Will’s practice includes patent prosecution, trademark clearance, registration and commercial strategy, copyright registration, intellectual property litigation, licensing and transactional matters. Will has patent prosecution experience with a wide variety of technology including medical apparatus, heavy machinery, software, downhole equipment, chemical processes, control systems and apparel.
He is currently a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Court. Will has previously donated his time to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma.
Will graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
