Zane Anderson is a director in the business department for the firm’s Oklahoma City office. His primary focus includes corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, banking and financial institutions and securities transactions.
Zane received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance, with a minor in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 2009, and his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2012, where he served as a staff member of the Oklahoma City Law Review and graduated with honors. He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma.
Outside of the firm, Zane’s hobbies include spending time with his wife, Libby, and three kids, Reid, Wyatt and Andie. He is an avid golfer and outdoorsman, who enjoys fishing and hunting.
Representative experience includes*:
- Represents clients in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, private offerings, regulatory applications, and other general corporate matters
- Assists with numerous aspects of structuring and forming businesses, including the drafting of necessary organizational documents for the operation of such businesses
- Representation of clients in the purchase, transfer, or acquisition of assets and/or ownership interests in existing businesses
- Representation of parties in a variety of lease transactions, including, undeveloped, office, retail, multifamily and other commercial leases
- Representation of buyers and sellers in connection with the sale of undeveloped, office, retail, multifamily and other commercial properties
- Representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with a variety of loan transactions
