Representative Experience

  • Guided client and foreign national, whose time in H-1B had almost expired, with finalizing the PERM process, getting an approved I-140, and returning to the United States from India in renewed H-1B status
  • Assisted not-for-profit institution to qualify for exemption from H-1B visa cap, opening critical sponsorship opportunities for the company year-round
  • Obtained L-1A visa (and subsequent renewals) for Canadian company executive looking to start new office in the United States
  • Successfully converted nursing leader from TN visa to H-1B visa, allowing her to pursue permanent residency in the United States
