Crowe & Dunlevy Hosting “Ethical Concerns for In-house Counsel”

OKLAHOMA CITY – Crowe & Dunlevy attorney Sanford C. Coats will present “Ethical Concerns for In-house Counsel” at an Association of Corporate Counsel Oklahoma chapter event from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30 at the firm’s Oklahoma City office, 324 N. Robinson Ave., suite 100. The presentation offers CLE ethics credit pending OBA approval.

A trial lawyer and litigator, Coats is chair of the firm’s Criminal Defense, Compliance & Investigations Practice Group representing corporate and individual clients in all areas of criminal law, including government investigations. He joined the firm after serving as the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma, a position to which he was appointed by President Barack Obama, and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and chief of the Major Crimes Section for the Western District of Oklahoma. Coats received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.
