On April Fools’ Day, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued the much anticipated regulations that accompany the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). These regulations span 124 pages and touch on many of the topics and questions generated by the FFCRA and multiple versions of Q&As released by the DOL within the last week.
