Labor & Employment attorney Melissa McDuffey is speaking at the Medical Marijuana and Employers Forum at Autry Technology Center in Enid, Okla., on Friday, Sept. 21 from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Attendees will receive a general overview of State Question 788, including who is permitted to use or possess marijuana and under what circumstances. The session will also include a brief overview of the licensing and application process. Finally, attendees will learn about the impact of SQ 788 on employers and their ability to maintain a drug-free workplace in light of SQ 788’s non-discrimination provisions.
