The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) this month handed employers a win that should mean fewer challenges to employee handbook rules under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). In a memorandum issued June 6, General Counsel Peter B. Robb essentially reversed the course charted by the NLRB during the Obama administration.
