OSHA Aligns with Latest CDC COVID-19 Workplace Guidance Providing Greater Clarity for Employers

On August 13, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) updated its guidance on mitigating and preventing the spread of COVID-19 to align with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) guidance of July 27, 2021.
