Reconciling Osage Betrayal: Killers of the Flower Moon

Indian Law & Gaming Practice Group Chair Mike McBride recently authored an article for Human Rights Magazine, a publication from the American Bar Association’s Section of Civil Rights and Social Justice. His article, “Reconciling Osage Betrayal: Killers of the Flower Moon,” discusses the history and untold tragedy of the Osage in Oklahoma. Mike also examines how David Grann’s book and Martin Scorsese’s cinematic adaptation of Killers of the Flower Moon, which depict the great wealth that attracted the evil and corruption now known as the Osage Reign of Terror, have helped effectuate a catharsis for Osage people.
