TULSA, Okla. – Crowe & Dunlevy attorney Malcolm E. Rosser IV was recently selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA), an invitation-only international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields.
Rosser is a shareholder in the firm’s Tulsa office where he serves as Chair of the firm’s Construction Practice Group and Co-chair of the Real Estate Practice Group. His practice comprises commercial real estate acquisitions, development, construction and finance and lending, as well as zoning and land use, leasing, and loan workouts. He joins Crowe & Dunlevy attorney Evan G.E. Vincent as a CLSA Fellow.
According to the CLSA, “Fellowship is limited and selective, with lawyers being invited into Fellowship upon a proven record of excellence and accomplishment in construction law. Lawyers nominated or selected may be in any discipline in the construction law arena, including contract specialization, negotiations, litigation, arbitration, appellate and/or surety law, but who have in addition superior ethical reputations. Rosser was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys in 2020. He has received an AV Preeminent® rating, the highest professional rating, from Martindale-Hubbell.* He was also selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers and was named Best Lawyers Tulsa Lawyer of the Year for construction law in 2015, 2017, and 2019, and real estate law in 2016, 2020, and 2024.* Rosser has also been ranked Band 1 by Chambers USA in the area of real estate law since 2016.*
A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in architectural engineering, Rosser received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
