Emily IsbillAttorney

Emily Isbill is an associate in the firm’s Oklahoma City office where she assists clients as a member of the Administrative, Healthcare, and Cannabis Practice Groups. She advises clients on a variety of legal issues including agency rule changes, real estate contracts, employment agreements, statute interpretation, and general compliance issues.

Emily has represented clients in licensure and disciplinary issues before the following boards and agencies:

  • Oklahoma Medical Board
  • Oklahoma Board of Nursing
  • Oklahoma Board of Osteopathic Examiners
  • Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority
  • Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs

Prior to joining Crowe Dunlevy, Emily served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Legal Counsel Unit of the Office of the Oklahoma Attorney General where she represented various state administrative agencies as a legal advisor and prosecutor.

Emily received her juris doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and holds a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Oklahoma College of Public Health. During law school, she served as a research editor for the American Indian Law Review and was a Long-Term Fellow for the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities program. In addition, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

She currently serves as a volunteer for the Arts Council of Oklahoma City, and is a member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, and Leadership Oklahoma City LOYAL Class XVIII.
