A significant portion of Jenna’s IP practice centers on intellectual property, including proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She represents clients in oppositions, cancellation proceedings and other trademark and copyright disputes, often resolving conflicts before they escalate into litigation. Drawing on the numerous TTAB matters she’s handled over the course of her career, Jenna brings deep familiarity with the board’s procedures, strategic considerations and decision-making process.

Advising on complex real estate and renewable energy transactions

Jenna also counsels buyers, sellers, lenders and developers through sophisticated real estate transactions. She assists clients with purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, due diligence, financing documentation and the real estate components of wind, solar and other renewable energy projects.
