With more than two decades of diverse legal experience in both in-house and outside counsel roles, Jenna Johnson is known for her strategic insight, subject matter depth, and client-centered approach. Her broad practice spans Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Wind & Renewable Energy and Litigation.
Jenna has held high-impact roles, including Lead Counsel at the Fortune One company and General Counsel for a major nonprofit organization. Her extensive intellectual property work encompasses both litigation and transactional matters involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, software, internet, marketplace and advertising law, and rights of publicity and privacy. She has successfully managed hundreds of cases and regularly advises clients on business transactions, contracts, and real estate matters.
Drawing on her experience as General Counsel, Jenna offers specialized insight in advising nonprofit, charitable, and religious organizations through complex legal and operational matters.
Jenna has been recognized by the Oklahoma Super Lawyers’ publication as a Rising Star and honored by the Best Lawyers publication in litigation, copyright, and trademark law.
Jenna graduated with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she received multiple American Jurisprudence awards and served on the board of editors for the Oklahoma Law Review. She holds a B.S. in biology and chemistry from Southern Nazarene University, graduating magna cum laude. She has taught intellectual property law as an adjunct professor at both institutions.
Before entering the legal profession, Jenna led the science department at Crescent High School, earning the distinction of Teacher of the Year. Her background in education continues to shape her clear, thoughtful, and communicative style of legal counsel.
