Nathaniel T. SmithDirector
A director practicing in the firm’s Tulsa office, Nathaniel Smith has more than a decade of experience representing businesses and individuals in contentious litigation regarding multiple practice areas including insurance, employment, and real estate. As a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group, Nathaniel assists clients in insurance coverage disputes, declaratory judgement actions, and bad faith defense cases.
Involved in his community, Nathaniel previously represented tenants in Tulsa’s Forcible Entry & Detainer Docket for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. He is a Barrister of the American Inns of Court in the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton Chapter, and a member of both the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association.
Nathaniel graduated from the College of Williams & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia with an anthropology degree before receiving his juris doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
