Zach Lucio is an attorney at the firm’s Dallas office where he handles complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights matters as a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Zach also has experience handling insurance subrogation litigation, trucking litigation, premises liability disputes, and appeals.
Zach is a graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is proud to have been published by the Oklahoma City University Law Review while in law school, and he is proud to have earned the distinction of Distinguished Member. During law school, Zach was inducted into international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi, and he was also responsible for founding and presiding over the Antitrust & Competition Law Society. Zach’s time in law school was marked by many privileges, but his privilege of clerking for the Honorable Justice Dustin P. Rowe at the Supreme Court of Oklahoma perhaps marked it most.
Zach is married to his high school sweetheart, and together, he and his wife are raising a beautiful daughter. Zach considers himself to be a life-long student and believes the practice of law is not something that should be taken for granted.
