How do I help clients with their aviation-related matters?

I enjoy helping clients and our attorneys solve problems before they become obstacles. Whether I’m reviewing FAA filings, researching aircraft records or resolving registration issues, I take pride in being thorough, organized and attentive to the smallest details so transactions move forward smoothly and accurately.

Applying aviation experience to complex matters

Drawing on many years of experience with Crowe Dunlevy and, prior to joining the firm,  as an aviation escrow agent for a title company, Raedonna Twomey brings practical industry knowledge to the firm’s Aviation & Commercial Space Practice Group. She supports attorneys throughout aircraft transactions by researching and obtaining FAA records, preparing title and status memoranda, filing closing documents, and assisting with registrations, special N-number reservations, temporary registrations, fly wires and other FAA-related matters. Her familiarity with the agency’s procedures enables her to anticipate issues and help keep transactions on track.

Fixing and avoiding problems through careful and complete review

Raedonna particularly enjoys identifying and resolving issues involving FAA records and registrations, where even minor errors can create unnecessary delays. Attorneys value her as the “last set of eyes” before documents are submitted to the FAA because of her meticulous attention to detail, organization and thorough approach. Working closely with members of the firm’s aviation team, she helps ensure filings are accurate, complete and positioned for successful processing, giving clients confidence that critical details have been carefully reviewed.
