The American Bar Association’s 40th Annual National Institute on Criminal Tax Fraud and the 13th Annual National Institute on Tax Controversy is the yearly gathering of the criminal tax controversy and criminal tax defense bar. Criminal Defense, Compliance & Investigations Practice Group chair, Jeff Trevillion, is a featured panelist during the Criminal Tax Workshop session taking place Thursday, December 7, 2023. Starting at 2:30 PM PST, the workshop will cover the “nuts and bolts” of a criminal tax investigation through resolution, including understanding pre-trial and trial issues and opportunities for advocacy at each stage of the investigation. The session has been approved for 150 minutes of General CLE.
