Labor & Employment Practice Group member Michael W. Bowling will present “COVID-19 and the Americans with Disabilities Act” to the Southwest Oklahoma HR professional group Wednesday, August 12, 11:50 a.m.-1:00 p.m. via Zoom.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the impact of COVID-19 on the disability accommodations process, accommodations to consider when dealing with COVID-19 concerns and how to manage mask-related accommodations requests.
