Trihydro Seminar: Updates on PFAS in the Environment

Per- and Polyfluoroalykyl substances (“PFAS”) are a class of synthetic compounds used in countless industrial and consumer applications. Recently, concerns have been raised due to the detections in water supplies, groundwater, air, biosolids, rainwater, fish and other foods, consumer products, and human blood. For today’s business and municipal leaders, understanding the liability and other business risks associated with PFAS and other forever chemicals can be a challenge. Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group Co-chair Don Shandy is presenting at Trihydro’s seminar on PFAS in the environment, Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at the Oklahoma City Zoo’s Tree House. Do will be discussing the potential impacts PFAS has on operations and future cleanup liability.
