Dallas Attorneys Named Texas Rising Stars
DALLAS, TX – Super Lawyers has named Crowe & Dunlevy attorneys Nancy Allred Collins and John H. Yoon as 2024 Texas Rising Stars.*
Collins, a director in the firm’s Dallas office, focuses her practice on international, federal, state, and local income taxation as well as gift and estate tax planning for both public and private clients including technology companies, healthcare practices, energy companies, and service providers. She has extensive experience advising clients on tax issues regarding a wide range of transactions and the formation, operation, and disposition of business enterprises. She also counsels family offices and domestic and foreign Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals on asset protection and estate planning strategies.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and received her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. This is her seventh consecutive year to be named a Super Lawyers Texas Rising Star in Tax Law.
An associate in the firm’s Dallas office, Yoon represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial disputes in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. His well-rounded knowledge of general litigation issues allows him to serve firm clients in several practice areas, including the Litigation & Trial, Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights, Labor & Employment, Intellectual Property, and the Criminal Defense, Compliance & Investigations Practice Groups. This is his second honor as a Super Lawyers Texas Rising Star in Business Litigation.
Yoon received his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. In law school, he served as an intern to the Honorable Chief Judge Barbara M. G. Lynn and the Honorable Judge Reed C. O’Connor of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also served as an intern to the Honorable Judge Paula M. Rosales of the Dallas County Court at Law No. 4, and as a law clerk in the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
