Crowe Dunlevy Hosts First “Women in Banking, Fintech & Finance” Panel Event of 2026

Regional Initiative Continues to Elevate, Connect, and Empower Women Across Financial Services

OKLAHOMA CITY – Crowe Dunlevy proudly announces the launch of its 2026 Women in Banking, Fintech & Finance (WBFF) series, a dynamic initiative dedicated to advancing, connecting and empowering women across the financial services industry.

Now entering its next chapter, WBFF has quickly become a premier forum for women in banking, fintech and finance throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas. Designed to foster authentic connection and meaningful dialogue, the initiative brings together professionals at every stage of their careers to share insights, exchange ideas and build lasting relationships.

Founded by women attorneys in Crowe Dunlevy’s Tulsa office, WBFF reflects the firm’s broader commitment to strengthening industries and communities through intentional collaboration. Each program features curated discussions focused on leadership, innovation and the evolving challenges shaping today’s financial landscape.

“Women in Banking, Fintech & Finance was created to provide more than just a networking opportunity—it’s a platform for candid conversations, shared experiences and real professional growth,” said Kayci Hughes, shareholder/director and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. “We are proud to bring together leaders from across the region to explore the trends, challenges and opportunities defining the future of financial services.”

The next WBFF panel event will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2026, at Tulsa Country Club, featuring an accomplished group of industry leaders:

  • Becky Fields Wilson, SVP & Managing Director of Tulsa Private Bank, MidFirst Bank (Moderator)
  • Cassia Carr, Trust Officer & Assistant Vice President, Trust Company of Oklahoma
  • Victoria Jabara, Vice President – Culture and Belonging, BOK Financial
  • Blanca Salazar, Vice President, Southwest National Bank
  • Kristen Wagner, Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer, Vast Bank

The discussion will explore strategies for leadership development, navigating industry transformation, building resilient teams and addressing the unique challenges women face in financial services today.

“Women continue to play an increasingly vital role in shaping the financial services industry,” Hughes added. “Through WBFF, we aim to create space for meaningful dialogue around leadership, adaptability and long-term success—while also fostering a strong and supportive professional community.”

Attendees can expect a highly engaging experience that blends thought leadership with intentional networking, leaving participants inspired, energized and better equipped to lead within their organizations.
