OKLAHOMA CITY – Crowe & Dunlevy is pleased to announce that Andrew E. Henry and Stacy A. Schauvliege have been named the newest directors and shareholders of the firm.
Henry is a director in the firm’s Oklahoma City office where he practices commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Active in the community and legal industry, Henry is a Barrister in the Luther Bohanon American Inn of Court and has served as a volunteer attorney for Oklahoma Lawyers for Children. He also assists local moot court teams prepare for competition. He earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his undergraduate degree in economics from Oklahoma State University.

Schauvliege is a director in the firm’s Tulsa office where she is a member of the Aviation & Commercial Space, Banking & Financial Institutions, and Real Estate Practice Groups. She advises clients on complex aircraft purchase and sale transactions, Federal Aviation Administration compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, commercial leasing, corporate governance, and commercial banking law, specifically for secured financing transactions in the energy sector and for lenders and borrowers in the aviation sector. Schauvliege earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and received her undergraduate degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University.
