OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard has Arrived: What Healthcare Employers Should be Doing Right Now

On Monday, June 21, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) was officially published in the Federal Register leaving covered healthcare employers until July 6, 2021, to be in compliance with the majority of the rule.
