Distinguished in his field, Victor E. Morgan is a director in Crowe & Dunlevy’s Tulsa office and a member of the firm’s Banking & Financial Institutions and Real Estate Practice Groups. He focuses his practice in commercial and banking law, lending transactions, including those related to oil and gas, real estate, manufacturing, agriculture and church financing, workouts and restructurings, banking related and bankruptcy litigation and creditor’s rights law. His representation of creditors presently includes national banking associations and state-chartered banks as well as agricultural credit associations, and individuals. His commercial banking and financial institutions legal practice covers a broad range of finance matters, and he has experience in the representation of lenders in their commercial real estate financing transactions across the United States. Victor is listed in Best Lawyers in the field of Commercial Litigation (2007 – Present) and Oklahoma Super Lawyers for Business Litigation (2008 – Present).*
Victor received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1984. He continued his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1987. As a law student, Victor was elected to the prestigious scholastic society of the Order of the Coif, and also was the editor of the Oklahoma Law Review.
