Wanzalle Beck is a paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and a member of the Corporate & Securities, Healthcare and Nonprofit/Charitable Foundation Practice Groups.
A paralegal with Crowe & Dunlevy since 1976, Wanzalle’s responsibilities include entity formation, minute book maintenance, managing stock transfer records, handling various tax forms and managing compliance and Uniform Commercial Code financing documents.
As a member of several practice groups, Wanzalle utilizes her various skills in multiple industries to aid attorneys. In the corporate and securities field, she assists attorneys with matters of formation and operation of all forms of businesses as well as the acquisition, disposition and consolidation of businesses. Her duties also extend to the nonprofit arena where she manages exempt status procedures and supports attorneys with Internal Revenue Code guidelines. In her healthcare capacity, she assists attorneys with document management and procedural familiarity in addition to assisting with the firm’s annual healthcare seminar.
She is also a member of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants.
