How do I help clients with their corporate, securities, regulatory, and other matters?

I take pride in helping attorneys deliver outstanding service to our clients. Whether I’m organizing complex corporate filings, resolving questions with government agencies or keeping important compliance obligations on track, I strive to help matters move forward efficiently and accurately. At the end of the day, I enjoy knowing that I’ve helped someone and made a meaningful contribution.

Drawing on decades of practical experience

Since joining Crowe Dunlevy in the 1970s, Wanzalle Beck has developed an exceptional depth of knowledge and ever-evolving skill sets in supporting the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group while also assisting attorneys in its Healthcare and Nonprofit/Charitable Foundation practices. Her work spans entity formation, corporate governance, compliance, Uniform Commercial Code filings, stock transfer records and a wide variety of organizational matters for businesses and nonprofit organizations. As client needs evolve, she readily adapts her support to help attorneys navigate new challenges and keep transactions and compliance matters on schedule.

Applying institutional knowledge to solve problems

Over the course of her career, Wanzalle has cultivated trusted working relationships with government agencies and developed an extensive understanding of filing procedures and regulatory requirements. Attorneys frequently rely on her experience with the Oklahoma Secretary of State, county clerk offices and other public agencies to resolve filing questions, correct records, and efficiently navigate administrative processes that might otherwise delay a client’s objectives. Her practical knowledge often helps identify solutions quickly while reducing unnecessary time and expense.

Supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas

Although primarily working with the firm’s corporate and securities attorneys, Wanzalle also assists lawyers throughout the firm whenever her experience can add value. In addition to managing electronic filings and organizational records, she supports healthcare and nonprofit matters involving business formations, compliance procedures and exempt organization requirements. Her thorough approach, reliability and decades of experience make her a valued resource for attorneys handling sophisticated business matters across a wide range of industries.
