Designed Exclusively for Oklahoma In-House Counsel Statewide
OKLAHOMA CITY – Crowe Dunlevy is pleased to announce the first “In-House Oklahoma” event of 2026, scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club. In-House Oklahoma, a peer-to-peer community of in-house leaders who come together to share best practices, exchange insights, and build meaningful professional relationships within Oklahoma’s legal community.
In-House Oklahoma represents nearly 800 in-house counsel from more than 400 companies across the state, spanning public and private companies, nonprofits, and government entities. The initiative was created to foster collaboration and thought leadership through strategic programming and networking hosted in Crowe Dunlevy’s Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices.
In-House Oklahoma’s mission is to be the premier organization for networking, best practice exchange, and legal department thought leadership among Oklahoma’s in-house counsel.
“Crowe Dunlevy created In-House Oklahoma to serve as a relationship-building conduit for in-house counsel across the state,” said Crowe Dunlevy’s Will Hoch, a shareholder and director in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and chairman of the firm’s Marketing Committee. “Unlike similar organizations, membership is complimentary and limited exclusively to in-house counsel with significant leadership and management responsibilities.”
The event is intentionally designed as a law-firm-free environment, aside from the host firm. No other law firms or service providers participate, ensuring candid discussion and meaningful peer engagement among in-house counsel.
“The continued growth and enthusiasm surrounding In-House Oklahoma reflect a real need for trusted, local forums where in-house leaders can learn from one another,” said Crowe Dunlevy’s John Eix, the firm’s Director of Business Development & Marketing. “These events are about building relationships, sharing experiences, and strengthening Oklahoma’s in-house legal community.”
The March 26th program will feature a moderated panel discussion with Oklahoma-based in-house leaders, focused on timely legal, operational, and leadership challenges facing today’s legal departments. Panelists include:
- William Sultemeier, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer, OGE Energy Corp. (moderator)
- Kristin Greenhaw, Chief Legal Officer, Griffin Media
- Erick Harris, Vice President for Legal Services & General Counsel, United Petroleum Transports
- Debra Lyon, General Counsel, Regional University System of Oklahoma
- Matthew Paque, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, Paycom
“The most effective in-house innovation comes from collaboration,” said Crowe Dunlevy’s Adam Childers, the firm’s President & CEO. “In-House Oklahoma brings together legal leaders who understand the value of sharing insights and learning from peers facing similar challenges.”
