Okla. Gov. Gets EPA’s Green Light to Regulate Tribal Lands

As a result of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in McGirt v. Oklahoma, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) granted Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt’s request to maintain control over environmental issues on tribal lands.
