Oklahoma Supreme Court Hears Challenges to Independent Redistricting Petition

On Tuesday, January 21, 2020, the Oklahoma Supreme Court heard legal challenges to an initiative petition seeking the creation of a nonpartisan redistricting process independent of the state Legislature.
