In a recent ruling, the Oklahoma Supreme Court upheld a petition seeking a statewide vote on Medicaid expansion. Melanie Wilson Rughani, co-chair of the Initiative Petitions Practice Group, represented advocates of Medicaid expansion and urged the Supreme Court to allow the petition to move forward with gathering signatures for State Question 802 to appear on general election ballots in November 2020.
