Over the weekend, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) added to its prior Q&A and again provided updated guidance for employers regarding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). The new guidance added over the weekend clarifies the definitions of “health care provider” and “first responder” for purposes of the exemption under the FFCRA.
