U.S. Supreme Court Expands Rights of Faith-Based Employers in Two Landmark Decisions

In two separate opinions, the U.S. Supreme Court made favorable decisions of importance to faith-based institutions. The cases include Our Lady of Guadalupe v. Morrissey Berru and The Little Sisters of the Poor Saints Peter and Paul v. Pennsylvania.
