Hw do I help clients solve problems, resolve disputes and move their businesses forward?

Clients call on me when they need a lawyer who can step into a wide range of legal and business problems and figure out practical solutions. My practice spans cybersecurity and data privacy, regulatory matters, renewable energy projects and high stakes commercial litigation.

Handling data privacy and cybersecurity matters from incident response through litigation

Head of Crowe Dunlevy’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice Group, Anthony Hendricks helps businesses respond to data incidents, regulatory inquiries and privacy litigation. His work can begin with investigating an incident and determining notification obligations and continue through remediation, regulatory response and defense of litigation, including privacy class actions. While sophisticated data privacy and breach cases in Oklahoma are often handled by national firms, Anthony frequently leads Crowe’s team as lead, not merely local, counsel. Students at Oklahoma City University Law School also benefit from Anthony’s knowledge and experience, through the Cybersecurity, Data Privacy Law and Information Privacy courses he teaches there as an adjust professor.

Helping clients address regulatory problems before they become disputes

Businesses dealing with state agencies, licensing boards and other governmental bodies, including the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, regularly turn to Anthony for assistance. Years of practicing in Oklahoma have given him familiarity with these administrative bodies, their processes and how regulatory issues are typically addressed, which can sometimes allow a problem to be resolved more efficiently, through direct communication, rather than litigation.

Empowering Oklahoma renewable energy projects with experienced counsel and representation

A founding member of the firm’s Renewable Energy team, Anthony provides guidance to both developers and lenders on regulatory, environmental and permitting compliance for the financing, development, acquisition and approval of renewable energy projects. He also represents energy clients in administrative proceedings, consistently serving as first chair in Oklahoma Corporation Commission hearings. Since 2012, he has played a major role in the developing, financing, and construction of more than 75 wind, solar, battery storage, and geothermal projects across the state.

Fighting for his clients when a dispute needs to be resolved

Anthony represents businesses and financial institutions in commercial litigation, handling matters ranging from individual disputes to significant cases involving complex business issues. Earlier in his career, he handled more mortgage and financial-services matters, experience he continues to draw on when those issues arise. His experience also includes representing professionals facing disciplinary proceedings before Oklahoma licensing boards, including matters involving physicians, pharmacists and optometrists.
