COVID-19 Weekly Recap for Employers—June 19, 2020

Last week the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released new FAQs regarding face coverings in the workplace in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Labor & Employment Practice Group member Allen L. Hutson explains that the new guidance should prompt employers to implement a workplace hazard assessment in order to determine how to protect employees with face coverings or other administrative or engineering controls.
