Firm Conducts Second Exclusive In-House Counsel Forum
OKLAHOMA CITY – Crowe & Dunlevy is pleased to announce the second “In-House Oklahoma” event, bringing together more than 900 in-house counsel representing over 400 companies across the state. The forum is a community of in-house leaders who share legal best-practices in a local, peer-to-peer, networking community. The goal is to foster relationships while exchanging best practices through strategic programming and networking hosted in our Oklahoma office cities: Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
In-House Oklahoma’s mission is to be the choice organization for networking, best practice exchange, and legal department thought leadership among the state’s in-house counsel.
“Crowe & Dunlevy created In-House Oklahoma to be a relationship-building conduit for in-house counsel. Unlike similar organizations, only in-house counsel in a company, non-profit organization or government agency are eligible for complimentary membership and attendance at In-House Oklahoma events,” says Crowe & Dunlevy’s William H. Hoch, a shareholder and director in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and Vice President of the firm’s Marketing and Business Development Department.
Besides the host firm, there are no other law firms or other service/product providers invited or participating. The initiative is intended exclusively for Oklahoma’s in-house counsel.
The forum’s inaugural Tulsa panel discussion event will take place on November 7, 2024, at Tulsa Country Club and will include the following panelists:
- Sandy Coats, Senior Counsel, Boeing (moderator)
- Al Givray, General Counsel, NORDAM
- Drew Harding, General Counsel, Unit Corporation
- Susan Lindberg, Vice President & General Counsel, TD Williamson
- Julie Pittman, Corporate Counsel, Saint Francis Health System
- Debra Stockton, General Counsel, Helmerich & Payne
“In-house innovation comes from diverse sources at all levels, and the most direct path to solving the problems in-house leadership faces every day is through collaboration with fellow legal colleagues. Members of In-House Oklahoma are thought leaders who understand the power of collaboration,” says Crowe & Dunlevy’s Adam W. Childers, the firm’s President and CEO.
