Andrea McAlister is a paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and a member of the Banking & Financial Institutions, Real Estate and Wind & Renewable Energy Practice Groups.
In her capacity, Andrea assists attorneys and clients with general coordination of complex commercial real estate transactions, wind energy developments, multistate projects and business transactions. She is adept in title, survey and document reviews, document preparation regarding real estate matters, as well as governmental record searches.
She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City, the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants and the Oklahoma Zoological Society. Active in her church, Andrea is involved in community service and mission projects with Eastland Hills Church.
Before joining the firm, Andrea worked in commercial escrow and underwriting and was awarded Oklahoma’s Top Commercial Escrow Officer by Fidelity National Title Group.
