Elisa Weaver is a paralegal in the firm’s Dallas office and a member of the Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights, Banking & Financial Institutions and Real Estate Practice Groups where she assists in drafting, revising and filing motions, notices, witness and exhibit lists, claims, objections and other pleadings in courts across the country.
Experienced in bankruptcy procedure, she supports attorneys with commercial and consumer bankruptcies, corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy litigation and has been integral to the reorganization of healthcare facilities, real estate developers, medical device companies as well as creditors including retail landlords.
Additionally, Elisa has experience with commercial real estate transactions, commercial foreclosures, title due diligence and mortgage underwriting.
Elisa attended the University of Texas at Arlington and is a member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division and the firm’s Diversity Committee.
