Olivia Lloyd is a paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and a member of the Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights, Banking & Financial Institutions, and Litigation & Trial Practice Groups.
Olivia assists with the drafting, revision and filing of pleadings in state and federal courts, and supports attorneys in discovery and preparations for deposition, arbitration, and trial in civil, criminal and bankruptcy litigation. Experienced in bankruptcy procedure on both the debtor and creditor sides, she supports attorneys with commercial and consumer bankruptcies and corporate reorganizations. She also has experience in all aspects of trial preparation and attendance including document review, exhibit preparation, research, and facilitating communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Olivia is currently attending Rose State College in Midwest City, OK. In December 2023, she was named the Oklahoma Paralegal Association’s Student of the Year.
