Timila Rother is president and CEO of Crowe & Dunlevy. She also served five years on the firm’s Executive Committee before becoming CEO in 2016. She continues her legal practice while managing the firm and is the chair of Crowe & Dunlevy’s Insurance Practice Group. In addition to first-party insurance litigation, she litigates cases and consults with clients in a number of industries including healthcare, environmental, direct-selling and other complex, commercial business areas as well as handles class action litigation in those industries. Timila has significant experience not only in state and federal court, but has litigated many cases in arbitration as well. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial, Healthcare and Appellate Practice Groups, in addition to the Insurance Group.
Experienced in ethics and professional liability matters, Timila served as loss prevention and claims counsel for the firm prior to becoming firm president and CEO. Timila has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers for Insurance Law, named a 2016 Benchmark Litigation Star in Oklahoma and has been ranked by Super Lawyers since 2013 in the areas of insurance and/or business litigation.* She has been recognized by The Journal Record as a 50 Women Making a Difference honoree and selected as one of Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs by The Journal Record. She lectures on ethics, insurance, social media and healthcare topics.
