Timila Rother is president and CEO of Crowe & Dunlevy. Prior to being named firm CEO in 2016, she served five years on the firm’s Executive Committee. Timila also chairs the firm’s Litigation Department and maintains a busy litigation practice while managing the firm.
Her litigation practice focuses on complex business litigation in a number of industries including insurance, healthcare, environmental, procurement and direct-selling, and has involved many high-stake fraud and class action cases in a variety of those industries as well. Timila has substantial experience handling cases in administrative proceeds and in arbitration also. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial, Healthcare, Insurance and Appellate Practice Groups.
Experienced in ethics and professional liability matters, Timila served as loss prevention and claims counsel for the firm prior to becoming firm president and CEO. Timila has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers for Insurance Law, named a Benchmark Litigation Star in Oklahoma since 2016 and has been ranked by Super Lawyers since 2013 in the areas of business and/or insurance litigation.* She has been twice recognized by The Journal Record as a 50 Women Making a Difference honoree and twice selected as one of Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs by The Journal Record. She lectures on ethics, insurance, discovery, healthcare and social media topics.
